Payment & Address Verification (Important)

To protect against fraud and chargebacks, all credit card transactions are subject to Address Verification System (AVS) checks.

  • Orders over $300 must ship only to the exact billing address on file with the credit card
  • If the billing and shipping address do not match, the transaction may be declined or require additional verification
  • We have no control over AVS results, as they are provided directly by the credit card processor

If AVS does not match, we may request:

  • Signed invoice (or handwritten note)
  • Photo ID (sensitive details may be covered)

If verification is not completed, the charge will be voided, and no funds are captured.

Please note:

  • Voided transactions may remain pending with your bank for several days
  • Billing address updates with your card issuer may take up to 24 hours to reflect

Shipping Policy Highlights

  • We ship via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery
  • No PO Boxes – carriers do not deliver large packages to PO Boxes
  • Orders may require signature upon delivery depending on value
  • Once tracking is issued, the customer is responsible for monitoring delivery

If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned:

  • Actual shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from any refund

Warranty & Returns

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as seams and valves.

It does not cover:

  • Accidental punctures
  • Misuse or improper handling

For warranty claims:

  • Photos and details must be provided via email
  • In some cases, items may need to be returned for inspection
