The FR385XL extra heavy-duty inflatable raft is designed for versatility, making it ideal for large fly fishing expeditions or tackling rocky rivers with whitewater rapids. With its high rocker, it delivers an exciting, smooth ride through any river, outperforming other rafts and kayaks in its class.
The FR385XL features five air chambers: four in the hull and an additional air floor chamber, providing enhanced buoyancy and stability. It also includes upgraded rod holder mounts, compatible with both popular Scotty or Railblaza accessories (available on Amazon), allowing for easy attachment of rod holders, cup holders, fish finders, tables, and more.
Built with all the features of the smaller FR380DG raft, the FR385XL offers extra width and a more robust 150mm drop-stitch floor (compared to 80mm in the FR380). The increased width translates to more interior space and greater load capacity, while the thicker floor enhances rigidity and support, making it the ideal choice for anglers and adventurers who need both durability and comfort on the water.
Saturn extra heavy-duty fly fishing raft FR380XL excellent for weekend white water river explorations and fly fishing. Commercial Grade FR380XL rafts features additional layers of PVC glued on a bottom of tubes, and extra wide rub strakes on top of tubes. That makes FR380XL river raft ideal for shallow and rocky bottom rivers. Large rub strakes on top of tubes and D-rings along hull are designed for optional rowing frame installation, turning it into a versatile fly fishing machine.

FR380XL raft features much more thicker 150mm drop stitch floor, similar to what is used in inflatable paddle boards, or other white water river rafts. New version also features 2nd layer of 1.5 PVC glued over floor for additional protection.

Quick Tip! Worried about puncturing the air floor with a fishing hook, dog claws or sharp object? Get a piece of vinyl flooring or rubber mat from your local hardware store. Cut the vinyl to fit inside the boat, over the floor and your air floor will be almost indestructible! When deflating, just roll it up along with the boat for future use.
