Please note that these floors are ONLY fit into Saturn SD or SK inflatable boats! Do not purchase if you have non-Saturn boats, as floor will not be subject to return.

IMPORTANT!!! Please ensure you are selecting the correct floor that matches your boat model. If you're unsure, feel free to email us for assistance. Please note that the floors we sell are specifically designed for Saturn boats with a HULL ID starting with the digit "8." If your boat’s HULL ID starts with a different digit, the floor may not be a perfect fit. You can find the HULL ID on a metal plate attached to your boat’s transom; it begins with the letters "VEJ," followed by a long number, with the first digit indicating the manufacturer. Air floors for Saturn SD430, SD470, and SD488 boats are constructed from 150mm drop stitch material, the same durable fabric used in stand-up paddle boards. These floors are also reinforced with an additional 150mm PVC layer on top for extra protection. Keep in mind that using an air floor in these boat models reduces the maximum motor rating by 10HP, and a slight bounce or flex is normal.
Air floors for Saturn SD290 to SD415, KaBoats, and MC catamaran boats are constructed from 80mm heavy-duty drop stitch fabric. The main benefits of air floors include their lightweight design and ease of use, making them a convenient choice for many boaters.
You can roll up or unroll your boat in a pinch without
having to remove or install the floor. Installing aluminum panel hard floor can be challenging, especially when you're on the water or on the deck of a sailboat.
High-Pressure Inflatable Air Deck floors, however, provide remarkable rigidity, allowing the boat to accelerate quickly and reach high speeds. They also require less horsepower compared to similarly sized boats with traditional hard floors, making them a more efficient and convenient option for many boaters.
- IMPORTANT: If your boat is older than 4-5 years, there is chance that new replacement floor might not be perfect fit for your boat, even if it is same model. That is due to the fact that manufacturer that made boats for us in a past, no longer in business. Old patterns are no longer available. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee perfect fit. However, you can still return air floor back for refund, if it is in a brand new, unused condition with no dirt on it, dust, hair or step mark. Please remove all that before returning.
