Manufacturer Statement Of Origin (MSO), Bill Of Sale and Warranty Registration card are usually enclosed in a shipping pouch that is attached to the side of box in which boat or rafts has been shipped. This is same clear plastic pouch that contain FedEx shipping label. MSO and Bill of Sale are the only two documents required by states to register inflatable boat.

You have to fill out required information BEFORE registering boat with a local authorities. All information necessary to fill out MCO can be found on a nameplate attached to the transom of your boat.

If any of the above documents are missing or damaged, please download and print replacement. To print on both sides of one page, first print one side of the paper page, then insert same page back into your printer in order to print on another, blank side of that page. For MSO you need to cut out upper right card. Discard the rest. Don't forget to fill the blanks before going to register inflatable boat.
