Extended email and Phone support is charged per incident at a cost of $19 per issue. Before receiving extended email or phone support you must first purchase a phone support request.
Please note, that 100% of questions or issues can be resolved via email. You can email us pictures or videos, and we can reply back to you with pictures and videos if needed. However, if you feel that phone conversation is important to have particular issue resolved, we can have qualified technician to call you back.
