Size REGULAR (SKU# RAFTFRM-R)
33" wide x 70" long. Fits Saturn narrow RD365, FR380 river rafts, and SK385/470/487XL KaBoats. Does NOT fit RD290, RD365X, RD385, or AMR385.
Size LARGE (SKU# RAFTFRM-L)
49" wide x 70" long. Fits Saturn wider RD365XL, RD385, HD385, and AMR385 rafts. Does NOT fit narrow RD365, FR380, or SK385/470/487XL KaBoats. May fit RD290 with some modifications, see bottom of page.
Check your watercraft width before ordering.
• For REGULAR: top tube spacing should be about 33 inches ±2 inches.
• For LARGE: about 49 inches ±2 inches.
• The flat surface on top of the tubes must be at least 70 inches long. Shorter surfaces may require trimming the frame, adding 2x4 supports, or resting the frame on raised points such as riser tubes.
This 2-person rowing frame assembles and breaks down easily. Open ends let you add DIY extensions like a gear basket, motor mount, or anchor system.
Made from heavy-duty, rust-resistant anodized aluminum, the folding frame stores compactly and transports easily. To complete your setup, you will need optional accessories (not sold by BoatsToGo.com): seat with adjustable straps for four attachment points, rowing oars, oarlocks, swivel base, and a fishing chair.
If your boat or raft does not have side attachment points (such as D-rings or splash guards with grommets), you will need to install optional glue-on D-ring patches on both sides before using this frame.

Swivel, chair, straps, oars, and oarlocks are NOT included. These items can be purchased separately at most retailers or Amazon at low cost. Assembly instructions are not included due to the small-batch, custom nature of the product, but assembly is simple and can be followed from the photos shown on this page.
We leave oar length selection up to customers, but in our tests, an inexpensive set of adjustable SUP paddles worked well as raft oars. They fit securely in standard oarlocks, can be adjusted in length, and perform well when rowing on lakes, calm rivers, and other non-whitewater conditions. Inexpensive SUP paddles are available here for $24/pc, and rowing oarlocks can be purchased on Amazon starting at $16/pair.

Quick Tips:
• Apply WD-40 during assembly or disassembly for smoother movement.
• When sliding the side frame into or out of the main frame, keep both hands on the insertion points and move evenly to prevent binding. If the tube gets stuck at an angle, step on the side frame, apply WD-40, and pull the main frame slowly, or use a rubber mallet.
• Folding fishing seats are widely available on Amazon; the mounting holes typically align with the plate included with the frame.
• A swivel can be installed between the seat and mounting plate. Search Amazon for seat swivel.
• A quick-disconnect bracket can be added for fast seat removal. Search Amazon for boat seat quick disconnect.
• For RD290 rafts, one frame section may be removed or the side tubes may be trimmed to match the tube length. New holes can be drilled for pin placement. Alternatively, 2x4 boards can be placed under the frame tubes for extra support when carrying heavier loads.
