Catamaran Inflatable Kayak TK365.
The new 12' Saturn TK365 is the fastest inflatable kayak on the market today. What makes the TK365 kayak so fast and easy to paddle is its sleek design and exceptionally light weight.
Its Catamaran-style body cuts effortlessly through the water and with just one stroke of your paddle, this kayak will
glide long distances on its own, with minimal resistance from the water's surface.
Saturn's TK365 is designed to run with only 2 small areas of inflatable tubes touching the water. There is no floor bottom touching the water, because it is actually moved above kayak tubes. The long tubes add buoyancy and stability making it possible to use this kayak not only on the smooth surface of a lake or pond, but also on the high surf of oceans or raging White Water Rivers. In fact, this kayak is a lot of fun to surf high waves, and it is excellent not only as a long distance touring kayak but also as a surf kayak.
The catamaran shape of the TK365 body, with its high bow rocker curved upward, offers minimum resistance, and therefore it is very sleek, fast and easy to paddle, making it the ideal kayak for long distance trips on a river, lake or ocean. Four plastic skegs on the bottom of the TK365 kayak allow it to move across the water in a straight line.
One of many benefits of TK365 kayaks are their lightweight and ease of assembly. Because this kayak consists of only 2 air chambers; it's a breeze to inflate. Just roll it out, pump it up and you are ready to go in less then 5 minutes. You
can attach the shoulder strap from any old bag to D-rings and carry inflated
kayak to the beach over the shoulder.
TK365 inflatable kayak has a new and revolutionary design, with the floor placed above the tubes while the distance between the strings is adjustable with a variable length of rope between internal D-rings. If you need a more narrow profile kayak, then tighten the strings underneath the kayak body, or loosen it to make the kayak wider and therefore more stable.

Quick Assembly Tip: Unroll deflated tubes and insert 2 aluminum boards under tubes, just above front and rear D-rings. Then inflate kayak tubes until they are hard to the touch. Aluminum boards will keep tubes apart, and D-rings strap can be used to adjust distance between tubes. Try to make it as narrow as possible for better performance. If you sit on a kayak, and there are major wrinkles on both tubes, next to place where you sit, then tubes need some more air pumping. |
