Deflating or inflating a tunnel-hull boat is a simple procedure that only takes 20-30 minutes with a foot pump or 5-10 min with electric pump.

This XCAT catamaran inflatable boat is designed for functionality, speed and pleasure. The tunnel hull is constructed with two parallel keels running the entire length of the hull on both the port and starboard pontoons made of tubular high-pressure inflatable compartments called hijackers.

*Using tunnel hull boats with a high power engine at high rates of speed can be dangerous. Maximum caution and common sense must be exercised while using tunnel hull boats. Helmet and life jacket must be worn at all times while racing at high speeds. Speed must be lowered before making a safe turn. Kill engine lanyard rope & prop guard are highly recommended.   • After all components are installed, please make sure that all chambers are fully inflated until hard to the touch. Recommended upper tubes pressure is 3.2psi, and highjack tubes around 7-9 psi.
